I lead the analytics and reporting capability for a global function at Dyson, and I own its AI direction.

On the reporting side that is the whole estate: the semantic models, the certified data sources, the executive dashboards, and the standards that keep them consistent as the organisation keeps changing shape around them.

On the AI side it means finding the places where a language model genuinely improves productivity or knowledge access, then building the semantic layers and agents that let people ask questions of business data in plain English — without needing to know which system the answer lives in.

The move from running operations to measuring them.

I built Tableau reporting for L&D leadership, supported the rollout of a new learning management system, and rebuilt how the team measured training effectiveness and supplier performance — so the numbers could support a decision rather than just describe the past.

Thirteen years in Apple retail, most of it leading a team of around thirty technicians in one of the busiest stores in the estate.

The work was workforce planning, service quality, escalations and coaching — and it was where reporting stopped being a chore and became the only way to see what was really happening across a team that size. Everything I do now started here.
